Our $300M Series E funding round brings our valuation to a $1 billion unicorn status and we still have a remarkable amount of growth ahead.Role Summary:We are expanding our legal team are are looking for a Legal Contract Manager who will be responsible for proactively managing and supporting sales inquiries and negotiation of customer and vendor contracts. This role requires full contract administration responsibilities including drafting negotiating and administering contracts.This is a hybrid position in our London UK office (1 day a week in office). What Youll Be Doing: Draft and negotiatecomplexcommercial contracts to ensure contractual relationships with clients and vendors align with Patsnaps business goals and risk tolerance guidelines.Proactively support a growing sales team in all contract-related issues including negotiating contract terms assessing and managing risks and advising on commercial special terms when neededProvide support to and collaborate with other functions such as HR Finance and Revenue Operations when needed in reviewing contractual terms with other third parties such as vendors and employeesLead contract negotiations with customers and vendors alike ensuring that compliance is achieved and consistency of contractual obligations is metAccountable for meeting business targets and timelines by proactively driving contracts and files to completionManage overlapping and coinciding deadlines in high volume and high pace environmentProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of contractual termsDevelop and monitor compliance protocols for company-wide policies playbooks and related mattersRetain strong legal regulatory and compliance knowledge by interacting with and seeking guidance from the Senior Legal Contract Manager in order to keep your knowledge up to dateIdentify and lead process improvements develop tools to streamline and increase efficiency and take on projects to add value to the department and the organizationAbout You:3 or more years of contract management experience along with privacy law compliance within the software and technology industry as well as vendor contractsDemonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel Salesforce SharePoint and DocuSignAttention to detail highly motivated proactive reliable and intellectual independence are paramount to achieve success in this positionAbility to work collaboratively with a team of diverse individuals as well as with a legal team that is dispersed geographicallyAbility to lead large-scale projects with a strong work ethic excellent communication legal research and organizational skills while adapting effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentWhat Youll Love:25 days annual leave allowance bank holidays (Additional time off based on service up to a maximum of 5 extra days)2 company paid volunteering daysEyecare voucher schemePrivate healthcare with Axa HealthcarePrivate pension with Scottish WidowsParental leave policiesPerkbox benefit scheme we aim to reward our Patsnappers for all their hard work as much as we can.WFH stipendCycle To Work schemeLife AssurancePayroll givingOur Values:Integrity: We hold each other accountable for our actions.Leadership: We lead by example and inspire each other to reach for new heights.Openness: We are open and honest and share our ideas with care and consideration.Growth: We are lifelong learners who aspire to improve each day.Innovation: We seek out new ways to solve problems.Customer: Our customer is at the center of everything we do.
