What You’ll Do

  1. Lead highly innovative projects as an Account Director, integrating cutting-edge digital elements, such as LED screens, projection mapping, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR), to create immersive, audience-focused experiences.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, building long-term relationships and shaping impactful campaigns that deliver on strategic goals.
  3. Manage project budgets effectively, balancing creativity with cost-efficiency and ensuring exceptional quality.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the organisation’s growth and success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every project runs seamlessly and achieves a unified vision.

About You

  1. Proven experience in senior account management or director-level roles within experiential marketing, exhibitions, or related fields.
  2. A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering high-quality, complex projects.
  3. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  4. Familiarity with integrating advanced technologies like AR/VR into marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
