The main purpose of the role is to make all the travel arrangements for staff, builders and guests who could be travelling from anywhere in the World to support the business.


Travel Coordinator Duties


  • Booking all Company travel arrangements
  • Booking fam trips
  • Amendments to existing travel arrangements
  • General administration support
  • Supporting the marketing team (Ad hoc i.e. brochure amendments)


Requirements


  • Experience booking travel arrangement (flights, hotels, onward travel etc.)
  • Must be resilient
  • Some marketing experience with InDesign is desirable
  • Lithuanian speaking is highly desirable
