Do you have experience of running a busy waiter service restaurant? Do you enjoy providing exceptional service to customers, giving them an unforgettable experience? Are you a collaborative manager with the ability to motivate and inspire great team working?
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the delivery of excellent hospitality and efficient operational management of our 150 seated Rooftop Restaurant, cocktail bar and private dining room.
What will I receive:
- Full training and personal development
- Share of the TRONC
- Complimentary theatre tickets
- No split shifts
- Consecutive days off as standard
- No evening dinner service unless exclusive events, private dining is required
- Reduced working hours on Sundays
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maximising income through creative drink and food management and merchandising of products
- Planning and communicating rotas to ensure optimum staffing levels
- Working collaboratively with the set up and delivery of small events and group dining
- Recruiting, managing, developing, and motivating staff
- Enhancing the visitor experience through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service
- Maintaining awareness of market developments and industry trends and making suggestions for implementation
- Managing stock levels proactively to ensure minimal wastage
- Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, associated legislative regulations and Health and Safety requirements
- Managing all areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and suitable for all visitors
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have proven experience of working infast paced, high volume waiter servicerestaurants.
- Experience in managing events and drinks receptions.
- Be able toconfidentlymanage budgets
- Becommerciallyminded
- Have great leadership and peoplemanagementskills
- Be an excellentcommunicator
- Have a food safety qualification
This is a full-time permanent position, based inStratford-upon-Avon, working shifts over 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday through to Sunday.
