A Conversation Designer is required by a rapidly growing Fintech. The Conversation Designer will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities and quality of the genAI-powered virtual assistant. This role will define and manage the target state of conversation flow and content for virtual assistants. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to shape and mould the chatbot into a best in class customer experience.


Conversation Designer Essentials:

  • Are obsessed with designing and bringing great customer experiences to life.
  • Like working as part of a networked team of technical and service specialists to deliver

high quality results at pace.

  • English Linguistics proficiency.
  • Experience in chatbots and or chat servicing service design
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering

high-quality products.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in

cross-functional teams.


Conversation Designer Desirables:

  • Have a keen interest in AI and practical applications of large language models.
  • Have domain knowledge in the consumer lending or banking industry.
