Securitisation Paralegal (Conveyancing)Top UK Law FirmSalary Up To £26,200pa + BenefitsPermanent - LEEDS OfficeMy client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office - working as a Paralegal in their Securitisation Team.This is an exciting role where you'll be situated in the Property Securitisation Team - a Tier 1 Ranked Team They're at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, acting on transactions worth up to £500,000,000.As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Assisting with the organising, monitoring and delivery of the team's transactionsProviding progress reports to Clients, Partners and SolicitorsObtaining Official Copy Documents and Cope Entries from Land RegistryChasing outstanding itemsCarrying out pre-completion Land Registry searchesDealing with post-completion mattersConducting legal researchProviding cover and support to other Paralegals in the team when needed + much more.To be considered for this Leeds based opportunity, you'll need to be/have the following:Have a completed law degree (2:1 or equivalent)Have prior/existing experience in Conveyancing or HousingBe able to commute to the Leeds office 3 days a week minimumFor more information on this position and to review a full job description, get in touch as soon as possible.
