This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked team.Key responsibilities:Identifying titles at the Land RegistryDrafting planning application forms, deeds and covering lettersCarrying out and reviewing property searchesQualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous conveyancing experience, who has managed their own caseload. Knowledge of social housing is advantageous.
