An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing site to support the SLT with the continued introduction of manufacturing excellence across the site. The site is very early in its continuous improvement journey and is requiring somebody that can work with a relatively inexperienced team to drive the agenda forwards.
This role will require somebody who has a breadth of experience across CI and has led projects and driven initiatives across an organisation, influencing and engaging from the top down and the bottom up.
The successful individual will have a six sigma black belt qualification and have operated in an FMCG environment previously, ideally food manufacturing, you will have delivered CI projects across a challenging environment and you will have the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
In return my client offers an excellent package, working environment and the opportunity for career progression
