Position: BMS EngineerLocation: North WestJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BMS Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Management Systems (BMS) in various domestic and commercial properties,Projects invole optimisation of existing BMS control strategies, full upgrades, low carbon solutions such as Solar PV, heat pumps, and hydronic system optimisation.Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and commission BMS systems. * Produce and interpret as-fitted drawings. * Utilize CAD design tools as required. * Attend and contribute to project meetings, occasionally outside of standard working hours. * Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, with some projects operating from 4pm to 2am.Qualifications and Experience: * Experience with Loxone systems is highly beneficial. * Alternatively, experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or BMS Commissioning Engineer is acceptable. * Proven experience in implementing BMS systems in commercial properties. * Electrical qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory. * Proficiency in reading and producing as-fitted drawings. * CAD design skills are advantageous. * A valid driving license is required. * Flexibility in working hours and the ability to attend meetings outside of the standard 8am – 5pm schedule is a must.Skills: * Strong technical aptitude. * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.If you are a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for BMS systems, we encourage you to apply.
