We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team.This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students requiring additional support. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have complex needs including those requiring intimate care and tube feeding and must be comfortable and willing to support these aspects of care as part of their role.Key Requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary school settingWillingness to provide intimate care and tube feeding where requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsA nurturing and patient approach to supporting young peopleWe welcome applications from individuals with a passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting every student to thrive.The Team:The person appointed will join an experienced and innovative SEND team supporting students with a range of special educational needs across the entire school. You will be working with students providing additional support to them during school hours.
