As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of clinical research applications. You'll collaborate with a talented cross-functional team of Frontend Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Engineers. Together, you'll build secure, scalable, and robust APIs that drive forward the mission to revolutionize healthcare.


What You’ll Do

  • Design & Implement REST APIs using Python (3.x) and FastAPI / Pydantic.
  • Develop relational schema designs, ORM, and database migration scripts.
  • Containerize microservices with Docker and manage package dependency tools.
  • Collaborate with DevOps Engineers on CI pipelines and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure Security by working with API and data security standards.
  • Innovate in a domain with cutting-edge technology and protocols for clinical data in-motion and at-rest.


What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs using Python (3.x) and FastAPI / Pydantic.
  • Proficiency in writing unit and API tests.
  • Experience in the Healthcare / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical domains is a huge plus.
