About The TeamThis role is being responsible in driving operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business.What You Will Be DoingLeading transformation projects to deliver value for the business in line with OKRs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Developing comprehensive project plans and other necessary project documentation, such as progress reports and technical documents, in line with standards.Monitoring project progress and identify potential issues or delays.Leading change initiatives to implement new equipment, processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.Identifying and mitigating project and operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth delivery and minimise disruptions.Collaborating and managing a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects.Documenting process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned, and providing regular reports to management on progress and results.Sourcing and selecting appropriate materials, equipment, and contractors in consultation with stakeholders.Who You AreEvidence of leading and controlling cross functional projects2+ years of project management or project implementation experience or a similar roleWorking with external suppliersExcellent leadership and project management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge and understanding of project management tools and methodologies, ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies and warehouse automation tools and technologiesWhat You Will Get In Return70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxesCompany pension schemeGym membershipBupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)Electric vehicle schemeMental health first aiders and an employee assistance programmeDog friendly office (London site only)If in the office, enjoy a free breakfast every dayEye care schemeCycle to work schemeGroup Life AssuranceLocation: The HelloFresh Granary, Unit 3 Chalker Wy, Banbury OX16 4XD, United KingdomShifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmNext steps: Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks.You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
