This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to work with a company renowned for delivering high-quality, in-house-manufactured stainless steel equipment. About the Company: Our client is a UK-based leader in bespoke commercial ventilation solutions, trusted for their high standards and innovative approach. Role Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will report to the Projects Manager and liaise directly with customers, overseeing projects from site survey to installation sign-off. Youll ensure that services meet and exceed expectations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Main Duties: Engage with site contacts, including mechanical and electrical trades, clients, and architects. Conduct final site measurements to ensure precision in project execution. Plan and coordinate project schedules to meet milestones. Maintain Vortex project files in line with company quality procedures. Attend pre-start and progress site meetings as required. Visit project sites to complete commissioning and customer handover. Undertake additional duties within the scope of the Project Engineer role. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a Project Engineer or similar role. Knowledge of ventilation, construction, shop fitting, and catering equipment industries is advantageous. Understanding of mechanical and electrical services. Strong communication, organisational, and numeracy skills. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Current CSCS or Skillcard. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to quality and attention to detail. Flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays or unsocial hours.
