Location: NR1 3SP, Norwich, Norfolk, East Anglia, UKJoin us as a Sales Advisor at our Norwich store earning an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one where you could expect to earn up to £400 per month.We are offering the Sales Advisor:The hours are 20 per week and you will normally work as follows:Week 1Thurs 09:0013:30, Fri 09:0012:30, Sat 10:0017:00 & Sun 11:0016:00.Week 2Thurs 09:0017:30, Fri 09:0015:30 & Sun 11:0016:00.Week 3Thurs 09:0013:30, Fri 09:0012:30, Sat 10:0017:30 & Sun 11:0016:00.Week 4Thurs 09:0013:30, Fri 09:0012:30, Sat 10:0017:00 & Sun 11:0016:00.Week 5Thurs 09:0017:30, Fri 09:0015:30 & Sun 11:0016:00.Week 6Thurs 09:0013:30, Fri 09:0012:30, Sat 10:0017:00 & Sun 11:0016:00.Being a retail sales role, the successful candidate will be required to work every bank holiday.Bonus.Pension scheme.Personal use of in-store equipment after hours.Generous staff discount (following probation).Full product training and induction.Working within a small friendly team.We are looking for a Sales Advisor at Fitness Superstore, who willProvide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers.Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and Live Chat.Achieve sales targets by analysing the needs of the customer and making informed product recommendations.Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to the customer, demonstrating whenever necessary.Work 20 hours per weekregular days of work will be Thursday, Friday, 4 in 6 Saturdays and Sunday, including every Bank Holiday.The successful Sales Advisor will haveA confident, proactive approach.Some sales experience would be preferable.The ability to upsell and cross-sell, driving the sales process from the initial welcome to product testing, to purchase.The motivation to hit your targets and earn generous bonuses month after month.A about the customer experience.A good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills.Passionate about fitness?
