The successful candidate will perform microtomy at a minimum rate of 25 blocks per hour including complex cases as well as embedding and microscopic quality control of histological samples. Duties may also include clerical tasks such as booking in specimens and assisting with manual special stains. Applicants must have prior experience working in a UK laboratory demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
