In this key role, you'll ensure the seamless flow of our warehouse operations by collaborating with the Account Management team and Fulfilment Manager to produce and manage despatch labels across various routing options.

Your responsibilities as Operations Administrator will also include accurate manifesting and despatching of UK and International orders while supporting customer needs from initial request through to production and invoicing.

With strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and full training provided on our systems, you'll be equipped to make a significant impact on our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements
  • Accurately processing large volumes of Excel data into output/upload formats.
  • Data entry and using internal and external management/data software.
  • Adhering to GDPR policies.
  • Preparing and logging items for postal despatch, including service selection and billing documentation.
  • Completing documentation/manifests for postal despatches.
  • General administrative support and assistance with warehouse activities, including stock checks, quality control, and order verification.
  • Liaising with clients regarding stock levels and data issues.
  • Allocating tasks to Warehouse Operatives and temporary staff as needed.
  • Printing and submitting driver run sheets and time sheets.
  • Booking pallet dispatches via third-party web portals.
  • Preparing client invoicing based on rates and data.
  • Performing any ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
