Remuneration

  • Up to £180,000

The Role

  • Commercially astute experienced Group Finance Director required to work as right hand person to Group Chairman (founder) and with business leaders across the Group
  • Focus on driving profitability, efficiency and value creation in each business and for the Family Office as a whole
  • Ability to work both at strategic level in developing business strategy and performance improvement for each and any of the businesses as well as at operational level in mentoring the management teams in delivering on the strategy
  • Carrying out commercial reviews of businesses to identify performance improvement plans
  • Assess acquisitions and new investment opportunities
  • Ensure that Finance teams in each business are suitably skilled and have suitable systems to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and insight
  • Ensure that principles of good governance are in place across the Group


About You

  • An experienced commercial CFO or Finance Director with a track record of driving value in the businesses you have worked in
  • Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial and growth oriented culture
  • An business person who makes a balanced assessment of opportunity and risk in commercial decision making
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills – an inspirational leader of teams
  • Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels
