This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team and contribute to a growing business that values quality and teamwork.Staffline is recruiting aLine LeaderinWrexham .***Transport is available from Mold***The rate of pay is: - Rotating shifts -£12.70 per hour , overtime£19.05 per hour - 4 on 4 off Days -£13.74 per hour , overtime£20.61 per hour - 4 on 4 off Nights -£14.81 per hour , overtime£22.22 per hourThis is afull-time role , and the hours of work are: -Rotating shifts, 6am to 2pm + 2pm to 10pm -4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm -4 on 4 off 6pm to 6amYour Time at Work As a Line Leader your responsibility is to care for the staff in your team, to care for the product their team is making. Your main duties include:- Organise a team of operators on a production line to produce the required quality of finished product - People management - motivation, organisation, delegation, leadership - Product knowledge - materials, QAS sheets, line speeds, equipment, etc - Operator training - competent team members in each role, GMP - Continuous monitoring of the team's production - Effective administration of paperwork - process sheets, start-up sheets, etc - Awareness of performance in relation to daily plan (time & quantity)Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be a cheerful, positive team member who understands what is required.
