About the OpportunityArden White Aviation is supporting a respected UK rotary operator and maintenance organisation in the search for an experiencedCAMO Engineer / ARC Signatoryto join their expanding Technical Services team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with adiverse fleet of rotorcraftacross HEMS, ATO, and Part-ML environments, taking responsibility for airworthiness oversight, AMP development, and Airworthiness Review (ARC) processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all delegated responsibilities defined within theContinuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME)and associated procedures.Organise and performAirworthiness Reviews (ARCs)for the validation or recommendation of Certificates of Airworthiness / Export CoA.Create, review, and developAircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs) .Review, process, and applyaircraft publications , including ADs, SBs, modifications, and regulatory updates (UK CAA, EASA, Isle of Man, etc.).Review and approveAMP variationsand ensure maintenance data accuracy.Support and train other members of the CAMO team to maintain high levels of technical competency.Liaise effectively with the organisationsAOC, Part 145 teams, and external customersto ensure smooth maintenance planning.Support thesales teamwith technical input for aircraft acceptance and delivery.Hostcustomer and regulatory audits , respond to findings, and contribute to ongoing compliance.Support and develop the companysSafety Management System (SMS) , including safety case investigations.Perform other CAMO-related duties as required by the Head of Technical Services.Skills & QualificationsExperiencedARC signatory , fully competent in ARC recommendation, issue, and CoA processes.Provenrotorcraft experiencewithin a regulated CAMO environment.FormalPart CAMO, Part 145, and SMS training(preferably from a Part 147 organisation).FullUK driving licenceand willingness to travel when required.Personal AttributesConfident, professional, and personable.Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.Flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.Strong sense of integrity and accountability.Role Details & BenefitsHours:Monday to Friday, 08:3017:00Location:Northamptonshire areaBenefits include:Competitive salary5% matched pension schemePrivate healthcareDeath in Service (3x salary)Income protection schemeAll-employee bonus scheme (linked to company performance)How to ApplyIf youre an experiencedCAMO Engineer / ARC Signatorylooking to take the next step in your career with a respected UK aviation organisation, apply today or contactRob Woodward at Arden White Aviationfor a confidential discussion.Arden WhiteAviation recruitment specialists connecting industry-leading professionals with exceptional opportunities across MRO, CAMO, and Flight Operations.If you feel you have the skills to succeed in this role, please click to apply.Arden White specialises in technical engineering recruitment, and all job applications are managed by our team.
