Additionally they will family find and work in post adoption support.The candidate will provide efficient and cost-effective social work services to children young people and their families. Developing a practice which takes a holistic view of the individual locating them in both their immediate and extended social circles and having full regard for the childs education social recreational and health needs. Also ensuring that investigations enquiries and assessments are completed to a high standard including care and adoption plans.Within this position hybrid working opportunities are available.What youll need to succeedTo be successful in this position you must be able to work in the UK have a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with the Social Work England and have completed your ASYE.You will need to have two years experience of working within an adoption service and have a working knowledge of adoption regulations.You must have the ability to build relationships have worked directly with children especially those where permanency was the plan.
