Estate Agent Sales Valuer (Property Valuations) Location: Scarborough Salary:basic Depending on experienceOTE Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am 4pm. We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales Valuer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in property valuations or for someone from another Sales or customer-focused industry who is keen to build a career in property. As part of a busy Estate Agent office you will be responsible for delivering accurate valuations generating instructions and converting opportunities into successful Sales. The Role: Carry out property valuations and convert them into new instructions. Deliver excellent customer service while achieving Sales targets. Represent the Estate Agent brand professionally at all times. Support clients throughout the property Sales journey. What We re Looking For: Experience in property valuations is highly desirable. Strong Sales customer service or people-facing background will also be considered. Ambition self-drive and determination to succeed as an Estate Agent. Confident communication skills and ability to win instructions.
