Valuer/senior Negotiator

**Valuer/Senior Negotiator** You will be proactive in the estate agent marketplace to create and develop sales within the branch both by proactively generating leads and management of sales staff. You will manage your own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximising the potentialof staff and resources of the branch. You will provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with customer service and building good relations with customers, as well as colleagues across the department. You will achieve targets and objectives. **Are you the right person for the job?** If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes - Previous experience in estate agency experience - Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines - A good record of personal effectiveness - Customer driven with a drive for results - Previous People Management experience is desirable **What will your role as a Valuer/Senior Negotiator look like?** - Actively pursue new business following the Big Rocks. Establish a marketing and canvassing plan - Analysing market and customer needs and selling to those needs - Providing in-branch training and coaching as required by staff - Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards - Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face/telephone and administration - Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time - Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla enquiries - Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry-approved bodies - Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments, and other third-party suppliers - Vendors/Buyers updates - Ensure all notes are completed onto the contemporaneous software system **Principal Measures/KPIs** - Income - Profit - New Instructions - Valuations **Company** Our client is one of the UK’s leading estate agents with branches operating across the country.
