Blazon Agency is seeking an exceptional Freelance Sales Executive to drive growth and client acquisition.

As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the success of our innovative campaigns. Your goal? To identify and secure new opportunities within our niche industries, strengthening our agency's reputation and fostering long-term client relationships.


Your Role as a Freelance Sales Executive:


  • Prospect and Identify Leads: Research and identify potential clients within our niche industries, focusing on those aligned with our innovative approach.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in Blazon Agency’s services.
  • Conduct Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone, email, and social media to build a robust pipeline.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Present and Propose: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Blazon Agency’s value proposition and service offerings.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Collaborate with the internal team to close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, driving the agency’s growth.
  • Daily Sales Briefings: Provide daily sales briefings on Slack, including updates on top targets and workflow status, ensuring the team stays aligned and informed.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Provide updates, share insights, and adapt strategies based on client feedback.
Essential Competencies:


  • Proven B2B Sales Success: A strong track record in B2B sales, particularly within marketing, technology, or related industries.
  • Sales Prospecting Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers through effective communication.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously while working independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage leads.
  • Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in consumer technology, consumer products, and emerging trends.

Desirable Competencies:


  • Agency Experience: Background in advertising or marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Tech Enthusiasm: Interest in future technologies, AI, fundraising, and investment.
  • Project Management Familiarity: Experience with project management tools and software.
