About the Role We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a permanent role starting in January supporting the maintenance of large-scale solar farms across the UK. Location The role involves travelling to various sites nationwide. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on solar PV plants. Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs to diagnose and repair faults. Perform inspections testing and reporting on system performance. Support high-voltage (HV) operations and switching (training provided if required). Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures. Work collaboratively with the wider O&M team to deliver high-quality service. Requirements Experience in solar PV O&M electrical maintenance or a similar field. Willingness to travel across the UK (van and fuel card provided). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HV systems desirable (training will be provided if needed). Full UK driving licence. Package Salary: per annum. Bonus: 8% performance-related bonus. Benefits: Company van and fuel card. Contract: Permanent full-time. Training: HV training provided if required.
