Your new company Our client is a well-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.Your new role This Multi-Track Defendant RTA role will see you responsible for:Handling your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA matters typically valued up to £100,000. These will include personal injury and credit hire matters. Building and maintaining relationships with a range of insurer clients. Assessing liability and quantum.Drafting pleadings, including defences and witness evidence Conducting your own advocacy either in court or by telephone. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.Previous multi-track RTA experience.Excellent communication and IT skills.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Excellent knowledge of CPR.What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity for defendant RTA solicitors or chartered legal executives who are seeking the opportunity to work at a well-run firm with a range of large insurer clients. You can expect a primarily litigated caseload of defendant RTA matters. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 is available dependent on experience.
