At Fletchers, we’re seeking a skilled Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our PI Onboarding team. In this pivotal role, you’ll assess PI leads to determine prospects, ensure cases are appropriately allocated, and provide expert legal and technical guidance to our onboarding team to help them achieve excellence.What You’ll DoReview EL/PL/RTA/Product Liability/Care Home leads to assess prospects and identify viable cases.Audit RA1 rejects and ensure swift signing of clients advised of rejection to prevent client loss.Ensure accurate allocation of cases between Fast Track (FT) and Serious Injury (SIL) teams based on value and type.Provide training, guidance, and support to the PI Onboarding (OB) team and wider Fletchers legal teams.Liaise with PI legal teams to review and improve the quality of decision‑making within the onboarding process.Offer legal and technical advice on complex EL/PL/OL cases and general legal queries.Monitor and review onboarding team performance, ensuring acceptance and signed percentage targets are met.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in handling Personal Injury (PI) claims.Strong understanding of EL/PL/OL and Care Home claims, particularly regarding breach, causation, and case prospects.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to make clear, decisive assessments and justify your recommendations.Excellent communication and case management skills.Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team.A methodical approach and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience using Proclaim or similar software tools such as Adobe and Microsoft Office.Fletchers Can Offer35‑hour working weekBonus scheme (subject to targets being met)35 days’ holiday a year including bank holidays and Christmas closure, with the option to purchase up to 3 extra days per yearLong service awards after your 5th, 7th, and 9th full year of employmentPension scheme with tax‑efficient salary sacrifice optionLife Assurance PolicyMedicash policy to cover dental, optical, and other medical expensesCompany sick payEnhanced Maternity, Paternity and IVF schemesFlexible, agile working environment with a strong focus on work‑life balanceFunded company social events and monthly voucher awards for top performers.About Fletchers SolicitorsFletchers is a growing law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence law, highly ranked by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
