You’ll lead challenging projects, ensure new products meet the highest standards before release, and provide guidance and training to colleagues. An excellent company to work for.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-depth testing of new and legacy products to the highest standard.Lead complex projects, liaising with colleagues worldwide.Solve challenging technical problems using your own initiative.Create C++ software applications for engineering and production test.Assist technicians and engineers, including providing training when required.Requirements for Application:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).Strong experience in electronics testing.Expertise in analog and digital electronics, including circuit design, signal processing, and debugging.Proficiency in C++ (or similar) for automated test systems / ATEFamiliarity with testing tools and equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, logic analysers).Ability to lead complex projects and solve problems independently.Coaching and mentoring skills.Safety-conscious approach.Benefits:25 days annual leaveLife insuranceWellbeing and mental health support through partnerships.Career progression and training opportunities.Sponsorship for further education.Salary sacrifice car scheme.Relocation assistance may be availableSadly we are only able to take applications from candidates who currently live in the UK
