The role/company
Our client is an independent wealth planning company based in Teddington.
They are now looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning
Administrator to join their close knit team of 4 and to work 1-1 with one of the Directors.
Key responsibilities of the role:-
- Processing of new business
- Managing the Advisers inbox
- Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings
- Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
- Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary
- Varied role, including writing templated suitability reports
Additional information
The Hours are 9am-5.30pm
Salary up to £45,000
Holiday - 25 days + BH
