We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. This role will provide technical administrative support to our Financial Planning practice, working closely with our Paraplanner and Financial Adviser to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory demands.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal processes to enhance business flow and service standards.
  • Provide technical information to ensure workflows are followed and standards are met.
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service standards, working closely with the paraplanners and administrators.

Key Tasks:

  • Obtain and maintain full policy information for clients.
  • Produce high-quality client Annual Review Reports.
  • Deal with client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with product research and development to enhance our services.
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the delivery of FE Performance Reports and other key metrics.
