They are currently seeking a 'Private Client Solicitors (Contentious Probate Matters) to join their currently team.Responsibilities:* Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution.* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on inheritance disputes, contested wills, and estateadministration issues.* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.* Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.* Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen casearguments.* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all aspects of casemanagement.Requirements:* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specialising in contentious probate matters inthe UK.* Solid understanding of UK laws and procedures related to probate, inheritance, and estate disputes.* Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex contentious probate cases.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.* Adaptable and flexible approach to handling diverse caseloads and challenging situations.* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service
