Job Description
As a private client solicitor you will be;
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of private client work, including tax and trust planning.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the firm to provide holistic legal services.
- Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and company standards.
- Participate in business development activities to grow the private client portfolio.
- Keep up to date with changes in the law and legal precedents relevant to private client work.
- Support junior members of the team in their development and work.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have/ be;
- An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Specialist knowledge in tax and trust planning.
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio.
- Strong business development and networking skills.
- A team-oriented mindset, and the ability to contribute positively to the firm's culture and growth.
