We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our growing EV charging business. Our smart charging solutions don’t just support EV drivers - they help balance the grid, lower costs, and make clean energy accessible to everyone.What You’ll DoProcess Analysis & Optimisation – Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteLean & Six Sigma Application – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimise operational processes and drive excellenceData-Driven Insights – Work with analysts to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and present actionable recommendations to leadershipProject Leadership – Lead and deliver improvement projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impactPerformance Monitoring – Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and sustain improvements over timeCulture of Innovation – Champion continuous improvement by providing training, fostering collaboration, and embedding a proactive approach to change.Plug in your Skills:What you'll bring to the role:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement roleStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimisation principlesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levelsProficiency with project management tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to solutionsExperience in operations or service industry environments preferred.Bonus Skills: Experience in EV, energy, or technology sectorsFamiliarity with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.Our Ways of WorkingWe’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance.
