Food Sales Executive (Asian Market)

A leading supplier of oriental foods in the UK is seeking a Food Sales Executive to join their international sales team.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales professional who will be able to quickly learn about the specialist food products to be able to advise and sell to customers such as Asian food retailers, wholesalers & restaurant


Type: full time, permanent

Salary: up to 29.5K

Location: Southwest London

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 (Have to go to the office on Monday, you can go to client office from your home on the other days )


Food Sales Executive (Asian Market) Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business
  • Conduct B2B sales with a range of clients including restaurants and specialist supermarkets
  • Utilise, review and update the client database
  • Provide support and reassurance to customers
  • Analyse sales data
  • Increase the company’s sales profits
  • Provide strategies and estimates for the company
  • Prepare and distribute information from the company to clients
  • Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues
  • Network with business partners and or distributors
  • Provide good quality control
  • Manage inventory


Food Sales Executive (Asian Market) Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales or customer service experience is must
  • Strong B2B sales experience within wholesale/food industry preferred
  • Fluent English + Additional fluency in Asian language such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
  • A highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong Excel & MS Office skills
