Project Coordinator Utilities / EngineeringLocation: Preston / Blackburn area (commutable)Salary: Up to 35000 benefitsHours: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00We are working with a well-established engineering and technical services organisation delivering infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their project management team.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-driven individual to support Project Managers in the successful delivery of complex projects. Youll be responsible for coordinating schedules resources documentation and costs acting as the key link between office and site teams.Responsibilities include:Creating and maintaining project schedules trackers and job packsCoordinating labour materials equipment and plant hireEnsuring compliance documentation (RAMS drawings project records) is completed and up to dateActing as the office-based contact for project-related queriesReviewing completed project documentation to ensure compliance and accuracyAssisting with cost tracking variation claims and reportingProviding project continuity and support when Project Managers are unavailableAbout YouWe are looking for someone with experience in project coordination planning or administration within construction utilities engineering or technical services.Essential experience & skills:Strong planning scheduling or project administration backgroundExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)Experience with CRM/job costing systems (desirable)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhats on OfferSalary up to 35000 depending on experience25 days holiday bank holidaysHealth & wellbeing support packageProfessional development opportunitiesMonday to Friday office-based role (08:00 17:00)RequirementsFull right to work in the UKFull UK driving licenceMust live within a commutable distance of Preston or BlackburnRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Microsoft Office,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Word,Visio,Microsoft Powerpoint,Microsoft Excel,Project Management,Sharepoint,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Administrative Experience,Project Coordination Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 32000 - 35000
