Strategic Change & Transformation AnalystSenior Business Change AnalystStrategic Change & Transformation Analyst Location: Leeds/Dublin/LondonContract Type: PermanentRole PurposeWe are seeking a proactive and organised SC&T Analyst to provide essential operational and analytical support across the Strategic Change & Transformation team. This role will serve as a critical enabler for the four capability areas (Strategy Partnering Portfolio Management Programme Management and Business Change) by maintaining key resources facilitating communication and coordinating cross-team activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting transformation initiatives through effective coordination and engagement activities.Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesTeam Tools & Resource ManagementMaintain and update the SC&T toolkit (templates guides frameworks).Maintain the SC&T SharePoint site to ensure content is current accessible and relevant.Support continuous improvement of team resources and processes.Meetings & EngagementDesign and coordinate the monthly SC&T team meetings (agenda materials scheduling follow-up actions).Develop and distribute the monthly SC&T Newsblast to improve engagement and connection within the team.Coordinate the Communities of Practice across each capability area ensuring agendas minutes and actions are tracked.Communications & Content CreationUse tools like Poppulo Powtoon and other media platforms to create engaging content for internal programmes.Support the design of engaging presentations newsletters and intranet pages for various SC&T initiatives.Operational SupportTrain in and administer processes for raising POs (Purchase Orders) and tracking spend in collaboration with finance.Provide adhoc support to Strategy Partnering Portfolio Management Programme Management and Business Change as required.AI SupportLook for ways that AI can automate repetitive tasks within AC&TSupport the AI champions to accelerate our collective progress with AI adoptionSkills & CapabilitiesSkillsExcellent written & verbal communicator able to engage diverse stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management capabilities with attention to detailProactive problem-solving approach with ability to work independentlyCollaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across different teamsCreative thinking for developing engaging content and communication materialsAble to think creatively about AI to support engagement & adoptionAdaptabilityComfortable working in a dynamic environment supporting concurrent initiativesFlexible approach to changing priorities & emerging requirementsAbility to quickly learn new tools and technologies as neededResilient approach to managing competing demands from different stakeholdersAspirationEnthusiastic about supporting transformation and change initiativesCommitted to enabling team effectiveness through excellent coordination and communicationInterested in developing expertise across multiple aspects of strategic change and transformationMotivated to contribute to building strong connected communities of practiceQualifications & ExperienceExperienceExperience in a coordination analyst or administrative role preferably within transformation change or project environmentsExperience using digital communication tools and content creation platformsExperience working within matrix or cross-functional team structuresExpertiseProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint Excel & SharePointWorking knowledge of communication platforms such as Poppulo Powtoon or similar toolsAbout FlutterFlutter is the worlds leading online sports betting and iGaming operator with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
