Job Summary
Eames are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with Insurance domain expertise to bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to document and optimise business requirements; apply INVEST principles (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable).
- Solution Design: Translate user needs into user stories; manage product backlog using Agile methods.
- Acceptance Criteria: Define specific, measurable acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning; provide input on feasibility and effort estimation.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new features; facilitate team communication.
- Testing & QA: Conduct UAT sign-offs; advocate test automation.
- Migration: Lead migration processes ensuring minimal disruption.
- Regulatory Support: Assist Internal Audit as needed.
Skills and Competencies
- Expertise: London Market Insurance, including Lloyd's processes.
- Technical: Experience as a Technical BA; knowledge of insurance products; familiar with API specifications and backlog refinement.
