Louma is rapidly becoming a destination for foodies with innovative dining options prepared daily from their gardens, fields, and woods. The Wellness Barn and Spa at Louma offers two swimming pools, a gym, sauna, and treatment huts.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Inventory Controller role at Louma in Bridport. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for stock control, stock management, and inventory control tasks. These include analyzing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate records of goods. Effective communication within the team and with suppliers is essential for this role.
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in a Hospitality business undertaking
- Purchase invoice and expense management and processing
- General ledger
- Prepare inventory, sales and depletion reports
- Order standard stock items as per set procedures
- Receive approved PO requests from HODs, and order
- Act as Receiving point of contact for deliveries
- Undertake audits / stock takes for designated Departments on agreed schedule.
- Issue stocks and items, as per agreed levels of personnel authority.
- Administer transfers between Departments
Temporary role for 12 months with potential for consideration for the right person to acquire a full-time role.
