Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in inventory management, with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and process purchase invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records are kept.
  3. Prepare and distribute reports on inventory, sales, and depletion.
  4. Order standard stock items according to established procedures.
  5. Review and process purchase order requests from department heads.
  6. Act as the primary receiving contact for deliveries.
  7. Conduct regular audits and stock takes.
  8. Issue inventory and supplies based on personnel authorization levels.
  9. Facilitate and record inter-departmental inventory transfers.
  10. Oversee the use of Expensify.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience in inventory control and bookkeeping.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  4. Familiarity with farm operations or spa inventory is beneficial.
  5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
