Transitions Consultant

Were currently recruiting for a Transitions Consultant to join our Award Winning Pension Risk Transfer Business.By joining our Transitions team as a Transitions Consultant youll play a key role in onboarding new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business into L&G. Youll work closely with trustees consultants and other internal teams to ensure that benefits are correctly recorded and administered.This is a hybrid working opportunity which will allow you to work between both your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you. What youll be doing:Analysing scheme benefits and data to support legal agreement draftingEnsuring benefit specifications and data are accurate across all teamsManaging the progress of allocated schemes and responding to communicationsSupporting new business origination and attending site visitsAdvising on administration capabilities and data quality pre-transactionFollowing processes to maintain audit trails throughout onboardingCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to share key updatesContributing to excellent customer outcomes through timely and accurate workQualifications : Who were looking for:Holding a pension qualification such as CII or PMI or equivalent experienceUnderstanding Defined Benefit pension schemes and de-risking processesDemonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR and TCFCommunicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formatsOrganising and managing projects effectivelyPrioritising tasks and escalating when neededBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDelivering accurate and cost-effective service with a customer-first mindsetWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
