Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerWest DraytonPitman Day Shifts (Only 7 shifts in every 14 days – fantastic work-life balance)Competitive SalaryWe are a leading multi-site contract manufacturer supplying to some of the UK’s most recognisable FMCG, healthcare and consumer brands.Due to continued growth and investment, we are now recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our engineering team on our modern West Drayton site.Responsibilities - Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerRapid response to breakdowns, fault-finding and repair on fast-moving automated production, injection moulding and assembly linesPlanned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activitiesInstallation & commissioning of new equipmentRoot-cause analysis and proactive elimination of recurring faultsWorking safely with LOTOTO, permits and all H&S proceduresMechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-controlled systemsExperience/Qualifications - Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerTime-served engineer with completed Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringProven multi-skilled maintenance experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environmentStrong fault-finding skills on automated machinery (injection moulding experience highly advantageous)Ability to read mechanical & electrical drawingsKnowledge of vision systems, pneumatics, inverters, sensors and control systems18th Edition wiring regulations desirableHappy to work continental days and be part of an on-call rota (generous additional payment)Benefits - Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerHighly competitive salary & regular overtime31 days holiday (including bank holidays)Buy/sell holiday schemeEnhanced maternity & partner leaveCompany recognition & reward schemeFull training & development programmeOn-site caféEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to Work and Tech SchemeFor more information on this role, please contact Andrew Haddon on 01453 796617 or send a copy of your CV to Andrew.haddon@omegaresource.co.ukFor details of other opportunities available within your chosen field please visit our website www.omegaresource.co.uk
