As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. If you have a passion for flexible packaging and a proven sales track record, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Growth & Revenue: Drive new business sales, increase revenue, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the flexible packaging industry.
•Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their packaging needs.
•Market Development: Identify emerging market trends, target new business opportunities, and support Aropack’s continued market presence in the UK.
•Account Management: Manage customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
•Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and forecast future revenue.
Key Requirements:
•Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging or related industry. Knowledge of stand-up pouches, flat bottom bags, and bespoke printed packaging is highly desirable.
•Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to close high-value contracts.
•Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
•Market Insight: Strong understanding of the UK packaging market, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and leverage market trends.
•Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe to meet clients as required.
•Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
