Role Summary

This will be a busy maternity PA cover, supporting senior stakeholders, and will require someone with lots of energy, a good eye for detail and the ability to juggle various demands and requests during their day. A muck in attitude is essential – no job is too big or too small, and they will proactively help reduce the workload of executives allowing them to focus on business demands.

This is an interesting role for a Team PA / PA with at least 5 years’ experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting multiple individuals in organizing complex calendars and schedules; calmly resolving any conflicting schedules.
  • Building knowledge of key business matters to effectively identify and manage priorities.
  • Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Assisting with expense requests.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compiling newsletter items for respective teams.
  • Collating agendas and paperwork for meetings, research when required.
  • Support teams with offsites and events.
  • Ad hoc meeting arrangement: Provide support to other Partners and Management as required
  • Cover for other PA’s during absences


Experience and skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant or PA.
  • Calm and collected demeanour
  • Resourceful, innovative, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Behaviour is key – professional attitude and ability to maintain utmost level of discretion and confidentiality
  • The ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Some out of hours work may be required for this role
