We ensure consistency compliance and a positive employee experience. The team collaborates closely with HR Payroll Finance and Legal fostering a supportive and innovative environment. Joining us means contributing to impactful programmes and gaining exposure to global HR practices.How You Will Add ValueManage UK and European benefits programmes including - retirement leave andwell-being.Collaborate with global HR and leadership to develop and align benefits strategieswith business goals.Build strong partnerships with internal teams for smooth delivery and issue resolutione.g. HR payroll finance legal.Partner with brokers and consultants to ensure competitive design and servicequality.Analyse data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.Lead projects such as renewals vendor changes and process enhancements.Communicate benefits clearly to employees including general update and awarenesssessions.Work alongside our HR Shared Services team to assist with general enquiries fromemployees and resolve more complicated cases.Support special initiatives including mergers and acquisitions or global programmerollouts.What Will Help You Be Successful in This RoleExperience Education & CertificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experienceExperience in benefits management within multinational organisationsKnowledge of UK and European benefits regulationsTechnical SkillsData analysis and reporting expertiseProficiency in Microsoft OfficeSoft SkillsStrong prioritisation and organisational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProven project management experience#LI-EURExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potentialBuilding teams with diverse skills backgrounds and experiences has always been important to us.
