Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world About The Department Our Global Talent Management – HR Benefits team designs and administers employee benefits across 39 countries. We ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The team collaborates closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, fostering a supportive and innovative environment. Joining us means contributing to impactful programmes and gaining exposure to global HR practices. How You Will Add Value Manage UK and European benefits programmes including - retirement, leave, and well-being. Collaborate with global HR and leadership to develop and align benefits strategies with business goals. Build strong partnerships with internal teams for smooth delivery and issue resolution e.g. HR, payroll, finance, legal. Partner with brokers and consultants to ensure competitive design and service quality. Analyse data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Lead projects such as renewals, vendor changes, and process enhancements. Communicate benefits clearly to employees including general update and awareness sessions. Work alongside our HR Shared Services team to assist with general enquiries from employees and resolve more complicated cases. Support special initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions or global programme rollouts.
