We’ve already helped clients secure £35.4 million in new contracts — and we’re growing fast.We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to help keep our growth engine humming. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be close to the action, supporting outreach, content and client communication.What you’ll be doingResearch new leads and support outreach via LinkedIn, email and HubSpot (our CRM)Keep our sales pipeline organised: update records, track progress, chase follow-upsWrite short, engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with our tone of voice and content pillarsSchedule and post content across LinkedIn and other platformsPrep and format marketing materials and proposals (PowerPoint, Word, Canva)Track campaign results and help us test what’s workingWhat you’ve gotStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience juggling multiple priorities and managing data or contentCRM confidence (especially HubSpot — or quick to learn)Solid organisation and attention to detailSharp writing skills and a knack for making content stand outYou’re not a designer, but you can make things look good in CanvaBonus points if:You’ve worked in B2B, consulting or the public sectorYou’ve used ChatGPT or other AI tools for research or content and enjoyed itWhat we offerc£15/hour20–25 hours per week (daily check-in 9:45–10:00am, flexible otherwise)Remote/hybrid working — ideal for fitting around other commitmentsReal opportunity to grow with a scaling businessWork directly with the CEO — no layers of sign-off
