You will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock management, order picking and dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the AM warehouse team to achieve daily targetsOrganise workloads and allocate tasks effectivelyMonitor performance, quality, and safety standardsOperate warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyCommunicate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operationsCover the Warehouse Managers duties during periods of annual leave (with £20 per day cover payment)Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (leadership experience preferred)Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
