Merchandise Planner

Duration: ASAP until 28/02/2025 Day Rate: £100-£150, depending on experience Location: London (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Availability: Immediate start or short notice required Luxury Fashion Brand This position supports global replenishment planning activities and promotes a culture of innovation and collaboration. Responsibilities: Assess global replenishment forecasts and ensure forecast accuracy. Maintain line cards for replenishment items and ensure adherence to the monthly replenishment schedule. Collaborate with regions to identify and optimize replenishment opportunities. Provide long-range forecasting to support vendor strategies. Drive allocation for key product categories. Ensure adherence to global stock cover targets for stores and hubs. Work with planners to manage global replenishment buys and assess regional plans. Evaluate in-season performance with regional teams and adjust inventory levels across regions. Prepare commercial analyses to identify missed opportunities and inform future collections. Review regional sales forecasts and stock cover, making adjustments for future buys. Support the coordination of stock drops to optimize replenishment inventory. Assist with forecasting and planning margin inputs for seasonal plans. Allocate stock to regional hubs to maintain stock levels and maximize sales. Global replenishment sales, AUR, and margins. Replenishment weeks of cover (store & hub). Forecast accuracy and replenishment availability.
