Are you an experienced property sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? This well known brand, are a well-established and reputable estate agency and now seeking a dynamic Head of Property Sales to join their team.
About the Role
- As Head of Property Sales, you will be responsible for driving their sales programme across multiple new homes developments, from initial site launch through to completion. You'll be the primary point of contact for potential buyers, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maintaining brand's commitment to exceptional service. The role will allow the successful candidate to grow the residential sales side of the business through converting interested buyers into new vendors. This role allows for uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client's brand
- Plan sales and marketing strategies for each development to achieve sales
- Be outbound in achieving sales by inputting and using Hubspot to its maximum ability
- List and sell properties of buyers needing to sell to buy via theestate agency arm
- Qualify prospective buyers using playbook
- Input and use Loop to its maximum ability
- Serve as the main point of contact for all potential purchasers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Provide weekly administrative reports to the company CEO
- Proactively seek purchasers and follow up on leads to secure sales utilising Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation
- Perform viewings, close sales and help the sales progressor with converting the pipeline.
- Support purchasers in achieving a 28-day exchange of contracts
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to system improvements
- Work collaboratively within the team, providing cover and support as needed
- Seek value for money opportunities and strive for continuous improvement
- Embody and promote brand's values and working practices
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in property sales and property valuations (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Charismatic and engaging personality
- Polished and professional appearance
- Team player with a strong customer service ethos
- Valid driving licence
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: up to £40,000 per annum
- Uncapped Commission with OTE £70,000
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. However, there may be a requirement to conduct viewings outside of normal office hours
