Position Title: HEOR Analyst
Location: UK Based
Department: Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Exciting new opportunity for a HEOR Analyst to join a thriving team They are looking for a motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about health economics and outcomes research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and data analyses to support health economic modeling and research projects.
- Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and market access, to design and implement research studies.
- Prepare and present research findings to both internal stakeholders and external audiences, such as healthcare professionals and payers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to HEOR.
- Assist in writing manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for scientific conferences and publications.
- Support the creation of value proposition documents and payer communication materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in HEOR or related fields (including internships and academic research).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of health economics principles and outcomes measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
