They value authenticity, ambition, and community, and are committed to creating a workplace that supports growth, wellbeing, and collaboration.As theEcommerce Experience Specialist , you will play a key role in overseeing the Shopify website experience, ensuring the site is optimised for performance, design, and conversion. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will combine your technical, analytical, and creative skills to enhance the customer journey, execute A/B tests, and drive meaningful UX/UI improvements across their online store.Responsibilities: Customise and optimise Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement front-end improvements to elevate UI/UX and ensure a seamless user experience. Build, test, and optimise landing pages to maximise sales performance. Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new feature rollouts and content updates. Manage the functionality of key third-party tools such as SKIO, Videowise, and Rebuy. Conduct A/B testing and analyse data to inform design and content decisions. Produce detailed performance reports and share insights with key stakeholders. Apply SEO best practices including image optimisation, header structure, and internal linking. Support ongoing technical SEO audits and accessibility improvements. Create and enhance digital imagery and layouts using Canva or Photoshop.Requirements: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be preferred. Proven experience customising Shopify themes beyond page builders. Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies and tools. Excellent eye for design, user experience, and detail. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web accessibility standards. Experience using Shopify apps such as SKIO, Videowise, and Rebuy.
